1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WarFire.io (the “Game”), you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Game.

2. Definitions

• Game: The WarFire.io application, website, servers, APIs, and related services.
• User Content: Text, chat messages, flags, profiles, and any other data you submit.
• Clan: A group of Users who select a common national flag to represent in-game allegiances.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old. By using the Game, you represent and warrant you meet the age requirement and have legal capacity to enter these Terms.

4. License & Access

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

6. In-Game Conduct & Flag Usage

• User vs. User Combat: All combat is between individual Users. No User or Clan may attack a nation or flag as an abstract entity—only individual player characters bearing that flag.
• Flag Selection: You may choose any real-world national flag to represent. You may not use flags in a manner that promotes hatred or incites violence against real-world groups.
• Prohibited Content: No harassment, hate speech, defamatory remarks, or threats toward any real-world nation, ethnicity, religion, or protected class.
• Cheating & Exploits: No hacks, bots, or exploits. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
• Spam & Advertising: No unsolicited promotions or external links in chat or profiles.

7. User Content & Chat Disclaimer

All User Content is user-generated and not moderated in real time. We do not endorse any views expressed. We reserve the right to remove violating content post-hoc but have no obligation to pre-screen or monitor chat.

8. Intellectual Property

• Our Rights: All Game assets (code, graphics, music, text, trademarks) are owned by Atul Awasthi and protected by law.
• Your Rights: You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, modify, and display it in connection with the Game.

9. Purchases & Payments

All in-app purchases go through official platform stores. All sales are final; no refunds except where required by law. We do not store payment credentials.

10. Third-Party Services & Store Policies

• We integrate with Google (Firebase, AdMob), Apple, and platform providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.
• Users must comply with App Store and Google Play policies. Any conduct that violates those policies may result in removal from stores.

11. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or applicable law, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your licenses and rights under these Terms immediately cease.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in Mumbai courts, unless your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atul Awasthi and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your User Content.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll revise the “Effective Date” above; continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
