This Policy applies to all personal data collected through our game WarFire.io (the “Game”), our website, and associated services, including mobile apps, servers, and customer support channels.

- Usage & Analytics: Device identifiers, IP address, session logs, performance metrics (via Firebase Analytics).
- Chat & Social: Messages you send, chat metadata, publicly posted content.
- In‑App Purchases: Transaction IDs, purchase receipts, purchase timestamps (we do not store full payment details).
- Ads & Marketing: AdMob identifiers, ad interaction data.
- Support & Feedback: Emails, crash reports (via Crashlytics), diagnostic logs.
- Cookies & Tracking: Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences and improve services.

- Chat Logs: 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Analytics Data: Up to 24 months, aggregated thereafter.
- Crash Reports & Diagnostics: 18 months.
- Other data is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WarFire.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game or reliance on this Policy.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Policy and any disputes are subject to the laws of India, with exclusive venue in Mumbai courts, unless your local laws provide otherwise.
